Rosie P. Burke, Power Play

Alex gave voice to the characters I've lived with for years. As I listened to her read my story, I didn't just remember the feelings I had writing it (which, were big and bold--both in a good way and rough). Her take on my words were sometimes different from mine, but also not. It felt like these characters had been given their own voices. 

And now they're truly not just mine. They’re ours.
